Prices: All prices listed are per person, in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. All Flights are subject to availability.

Passenger Weight Policy: Due to Aviation Weight Restrictions a client’s body and luggage weight must be advised prior to the reservation being confirmed. Should a client advise a weight variance of more than 10%, the right is reserved to refuse travel and charge a 100% cancellation fee.

Child and Infant Policy: Children are defined as being aged between 3-13 years. One (1) infant under their 3rd birthday may travel free of charge if seated on a guardian’s lap. A maximum of one infant per helicopter may travel as per CASA regulations. For additional infants please discuss options with our reservations team.

Reef & Helicopter Packages: Prices listed above for these packages are based on 1 helicopter with up to 4 pax. If requirement is for helicopter with 6 passengers, or a group of 6+ guests please contact reservations@gbr.com.au for a quote. Cairns and Northern Beaches hotel transfers included for GIFDFC, GBRFC, GBRCF, GBRFF, GBRCCF, GBRFCC, HMFC, HMCF, HMFF, RS30, RS40, RR60, VSC. Port Douglas, Cairns or Northern Beaches hotel transfers included for AHBP, ABHP, AHHP. Port Douglas hotel transfers included for PTDRS30, PTDRF30, PTDRS40, PTDRR60, USCB. Dive/Fly Policy: As full dive briefings are held on board Quicksilver and Great Adventures’ vessels, passengers wishing to participate in Dive activities on board these vessels (Intro, Certified or Ocean Walker), must ‘cruise & scenic flight’ or cruise & fly.

Ultimate Experiences: Sandy Cay Escape: Subject to weather, tides or the cay being occupied – we reserve the right to visit an alternative site. iFly: Flight departs Mareeba. No passengers may accompany you on your training flight. Participants are expected to have not consumed alcohol at least 8 hours prior to the flight. Participants must be at least 15 years old. Photo identification is required on the day and must match the name(s) on the participants booking confirmation. Only participants are permitted in the hangar facilities. If bringing along family or friends, they may be able to watch from a designated viewing area (depending on location). Phones and cameras are allowed however are not permitted in the helicopter. Limitations: You need to weigh 100kg or less (no variance). Alternatively we can conduct the trial flight in a larger helicopter at an additional cost of $250.00.

Minimum and maximum passenger numbers: Minimum passenger numbers may apply. Groups larger than 6 passengers may require private charter. Please liaise with Reservations department at time of booking.

Safety: GBR Helicopters reserves the right to cancel flights due to inclement weather, the pilot makes the final decision regarding the continuation of any flight and may terminate the flight at any time if he/she deems it unsafe to proceed. Flight paths may vary due to Air Traffic Control or inclement weather. In cases where the chief pilot in command deems weather unsuitable for the flight or an aircraft is unserviceable a full refund would be applicable.

Insurance: GBR Helicopters carries full insurance including Public Liability Insurance of $50,000,000.00.

Fuel Surcharge: With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to the ticket price. In such cases any charge will be collected on departure.

Payment: All reservations will be held only if full pre-payment has been received in Australian Dollars, unless credit facilities have been previously arranged.
